"We were in room 107. The air conditioning unit had a rattle and clanking noise, like something was broken inside and rolling around. It was annoying, especially when we were trying to go to sleep."

"We were disappointed the pool was closed for our entire stay but nothing was done to compensate for the closure, we weren't made aware it was closed until after check in. A few Hilton Honors points or a discounted room rate would have been nice. The rooms are very basic not a lot of sitting to visit with friends without being right out front with everyone else. Room was clean and staff was friendly nice place for overnight stay, but for long term stay not enough amenities for my liking. No coffee pot in room (although coffee and tea available 24/7 in breakfast area) and no microwave in room. Not a bad place at all just lacking the amenities I like. Christy A."

"The staff was quite nice when I came through, but very transactional. The room was subpar. The only lighting you get is from the lights on the nightstand. No ceiling light unless it is the bathroom. It was moderately clean, but not great. The bed was not very comfortable and there was a slight smell of mildew in the room. If you are looking for a place for a few days, it is not bad. If you are looking to vacation in this area or a nearby town, I would consider other options before coming there."

"We booked this hotel for the pool, as we were traveling with a 2.5 year old. Upon arrival, was told the pool was under maintenance for months - should have updated this detail on the hotels.com app. Since we were already driving for 4 hours with our toddler, we decided to let it go and stay. I had specifically requested a bathtub for our toddler, he said only had 1 room and should show it to me before i decide. I went into the room and reeked of mold and mildew. Not safe for us to stay. We had to book another hotel and figure that out before I could contact hotels.com. Once we got to the next hotel, 20 minutes out of our way, I contacted hotels.com and they initiated our refund. Now are refusing that. So not only was this hotel horrific and we would have been exposed to who knows what, i had to pay for that AND the additional hotel. Very unsatisfied all around!"
