Looks can be deceiving

First impressions are good. Nice homestead with relaxed environment and beautiful gardens. However rooms were disappointing. There is an interleading door x2 on either on either side of each room connecting to the one next door. The doors were paper thin. One could hear EVERY sound from neighbouring rooms. TERRIBLE. Sheets were white a long time ago and so were the towels. Towels had holes in them. Toilet seat old and stained. Mould in shower. Breakfast was OK but lacked some inspiration.

Pleasant stay

Minor issue on arrival-nobody at property to let me in but a quick phone call resolved that. Great to have electric blanket and air con for the cold nights. Breakfast was good too. Bed linens were top quality but towels were rough!

Was a comfortable B and B. We were a family of four. The only thing is that the heating didn't work and we ran out of hot water. At least We had the next morning

Good. Breakfast was same for the 2 days. Overall good except on the 2nd night there was a terrible smell coming from the drain. It was hot and we could not chill outside the room due to that smell. Management denied they could smell anything, but atleast poured jeyes fluid into the drain.
