Very close to the famous tulip garden. So suprised to find it is just on the way of flower parade.

I arrived 15 min past 6pm due to flight delays and they wouldn’t let me check in or stay there after I paid for it ahead of time! And almost stranded me without anywhere to sleep/stay

Het was er allemaal erg schoon en Rituals in de badkamer was zeker bij ons een pluspunt. Maar volgende keer gaan we toch weer voor een receptie met personeel en ontbijt want dat vonden we wel een nadeel. Voor 124 euro per nacht vinden wij dat je dat toch wel mag verwachten.

Zimmer war sehr gut und schön.Online einchecken etwas problematisch.Rezeption nicht besetzt,bei Problemen musste man auf eigene Kosten anrufen.sehr unpersönlich.Tägliche Reinigung nicht gut. Für eine Nacht ok aber nicht um Urlaub zu machen. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis nicht akzeptabel.

Confortable propre calme

Le dimanche la réception se fait par téléphone. L'accès tout numerique peut s'avérer deroutant pour une personne qui ne maitriserait pas tellement les subtilites linguistiques etrangeres ou qui n'utilise pas de smartphone. Pas très ElectroSensiblefriendly. Comme dhabitude c'est propre et calme la nuit. Transports et centre ville accessibles à pieds.

Extremely disappointed with the hotel. Booked two nights, non-refundable and did stay only for one night. I requested a room for two but there was only one chair in the room, extremely uncomfortable. When I inquired about a receptionist I was informed I was in a DIGITAL hotel and for any question I did not get a satisfying AI answer I was asked to call a number which was in service until 6:00 pm ONLY. If you need assistance after 6:00 pm you are out of lack!!! Never ever I will come back to this hotel. The only positive aspect is that is a km from Keukenhof and has free parking.

Practical for flower tourism

Very close to Keukenhof and the flowers and flower parade was the purpose of our travel. It is a bit inconvenient to sort out breakfast but it works. Cleaners were very thoughtful and caring. They put our tulips in water <3

AVOID at all costs!!!!

The hotel did not honor a pre-paid confirmed reservation. They left a voice mail to say they were closing early and I could not check in. This message arrived while I was in flight en route to the hotel. Really?? I have email confirmations FROM THE HOTEL that my room was paid and confirmed. Is this properly a scam??

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten

Bedingt durch Bauarbeiten an der Brücke war die Anfahrt via für Ausländer unverständliche Umleitungsschilder sehr mühsam. Der Hotelbetreiber Frans war aber sehr nett und hat sich persönlich bemüht als ich die E-mail mit dem Schlüsselcode für's Self-Check-In nicht finden konnte. Zimmer & Bad sind top augestattet und das Bett war gross & sehr bequem, und ich hatte sogar den Luxus einer Illy Kaffemaschine mit Kapseln, da macht das Aufstehen gleich doppelt Spass ;-) Frühstück wird im Hotel nicht angeboten, dafür waren die beiden Espressi die notwendige "Starthilfe".
