Great location. Small but comfortable room. Clean, with a comfortable bed. Only complaint was no soap. I've checked into hundreds of hotels over many years and never had to go out and but a bar of soap before.

The location is great. Just a short walk from the ferry. We thought the room was very comfortable and quaint. Great for a short stay and the rate was reasonable. Other hotels we checked on Block Island had a 2 night minimum and we only needed 1. Happy with our stay.

My husband and i stayed for one night on a last minute trip to Block …. The room was small but very clean and had a confortable bed. Location was great close to restaurants/ shops.

Found this hotel on Expedia when searching for Montauk, NEW YORK hotels even though this hotel is in RHODE ISLAND. When we discovered the mistake right immediately after booking, the hotel was unwilling to cancel reservation citing hotel policy. This is a terrible company taking advantage of Expedia's terrible algorithm in allowing booking based on Nautical miles

Simple and very clean and comfortable. This hotel is precisely as advertised and is perfect for when you spend minimal time in the room, but love how comfy the bed is and how intimate and private the room seems. I loved the homey feel and you arent paying for a ton of bells and whistles you dont use. Ill be a returning customer.

Location Location Location! Walking distance from ferry. Very clean. It was snall, just bed and bath. But it was clean and cute. Had table and chairs, bureau, nice tv, ac, but no refrigerator or coffee maker. Bakery and restaurant in walking distance. Will definitely keep this place in mind for next time.

No Frill but great location
Basic clean no frills room. Queen bed pushed up against the wall. Bath was recently updated shower was tiny. It was functional and very close to everything

Quick getaway
No frills but the place was clean and inexpensive. Would definitely stay there again. Ask for the 2nd floor. Its an older building and sounds travel a bit. Location was great.

Perfect room on a budget
This is a great cute little place. Extremely clean and well kept. It's in an older building so there is noise from doors opening and closing and people walking. I turned on my white noise and that took care of that. For the price this place is perfect, I plan on staying there the next time I make the trip. They do offer parking on a first come first serve basis, I never had an issue not having a spot. Make sure if you want a fridge in your room you request it, I assumed they were in every room, but they are not.

Noise from adjacent room
My husband and I came to Block Island for the first time. We were very pleased with the check in (out room was ready an hour before the check in time), the location and the cleanliness of the room. The room was connected with the adjacent room through a door, and the head of the bed leaned against the door. At about 11:30 pm, the guests in the adjacent room came back and there was at least 5 people in the room (our room was very small, not sure how big was their room). They were talking, drinking and singing. We tap the connecting door and ask them to please lower their voices because we could hear every single word they said. They started cursing at us and were talking even louder. We knocked at their door, and even ask one of the woman in there to see our room and check how loud it was for us. One of the man in the room, clearly drunk came out and kept coming to me telling me “go back to your f. room”. The number on the site, said that in case we need to contact anyone after office hours, there would be a number in the Harborside Inn Hotel. So, my husband and I, had to go to the Harboside Inn at 1:30 am to get the security phone number. We called from there and told us somebody would be there in 10 minutes. We came back to our room and somebody showed up few minutes later. The guests on the other room complained a little longer, but finally passed out. My husband and I were so aggravated with the incident, that could not sleep at all after they finally stop.

Perfect spot for a stay in Block Island. Air conditioner worked very well and felt great after a long day in the sun. Water pressure and toiletries perfect. Absolutely no complaints, awesome location & very pleased!
