Great place just cleaning service is way too much expensive

Quite rude/ judgmental front desk and other staff. Also the bigger issue is that we were not notified prior to arrival that all the hotel restaurant facilities were completely shut down due to some large private group booking. Not even room service was available to get a hamburger or any type of food at all. We arrived quite late at like 9:30pm after a very long day of 5 hrs of driving and specifically had selected the hotel due to a highly rated restaurant/spa/gym. If someone had thought it prudent to let guests know before arrival that none of their facilities were available we could have planned accordingly and gotten dinner somewhere else on the way. However they did not. By the time we got to our room after finding this out it was after 10pm and mostly all of the local restaurants were already closed. The one restaurant in town the front desk staff kept trying to insist I go to would probably have given me food positioning given its abysmal reviews- so we did not get dinner that night. The room itself was nice and the gym was good, however given the attitudes of most staff I encountered and the poor communication I would not stay again .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, and the hotel was exceptionally clean throughout. The staff were friendly, professional, passionate about their work, and very accommodating when it came to individual needs and requests. The hotel facilities were of an extremely high standard. The sauna was excellent, and the car parking facilities were convenient and accommodating. The hotel had a lovely ambience, and its location was ideal, with beautiful surrounding views of the sea. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The décor and overall aesthetics were very pleasing, while the large, comfortable layout made the room suitable for a range of guests’ needs. The en-suite bathroom facilities were also modern, clean, and impressive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with something to suit everyone. The buffet was presented beautifully, and the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene were particularly noticeable. The à la carte restaurant was slightly busier than some other restaurants we have visited, so service could take a little longer. However, the quality and taste of the food were excellent, and we were not disappointed. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, comfortable rooms, outstanding customer service, delicious food, and a fantastic location. We would highly recommend it and would happily return.
