A little gem. Unique building with colonial aspects. Considerable effort is made to make furniture and artwork match with its history. Staff is friendly, considerate and well trained and make every effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Kitchen is excellent. We would not hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone who can appreciate it.

For the price the hotel mis not a value, I had a suite thread bare towels, beat up cigarette burned furniture stained drapes and upholstery. Overpriced mediocre food Very little info at check in, ie parking, spa. the plus lovely historic building.

The sevice offered by the the staff was, without exception, excellent. We enjoyed the afternoon tea and snacks which are offered daily. As there aren't many nearby dining options we ate at the hotel in the evenings as well as breakfast. The food is very good and well presented. On the down side, our "deluxe double" room was rather shabby. The bathroom was of a quality we would expect in much less expensive hotel.

I stay here for 2 weeks for leisure

I stay here for 2 weeks,everything ok except first night when I was taking a bath,there us a lizard on the wall but next day disappear. Because the bathroom is party open in the ceiling,there where mosquitoes,fries an small bloack insects on the room. Other than this,everything is good. The only thing I am not satisfied is the restaurant do not have air conditioning and cannot suffer eating there in the hot weather
