"The room was extremely chilly and the thermostat was not on because the power was turned off. I reported that to the front desk agent and he turned the power on. Then when I requested a hair dryer he say "oh we don't supply them". With a little coaching from me he said he would see if he could find one, and he eventually did. On the other hand, there was enough bedding and it was clean so that was appreciated. It's an ok place to stay for one night but I'd look for better next time."

"This is our third time to stay at Hotel Fairfield Inn & Suites in Salmon Arm. My family and I had had good staying experience until this time, one of the pillow had a blood stain which looked like the pillow case isn't washed. I didn't want to bother anyone since it was noticed in the midnight and there were still other pillows can be used. Besides the clean problem, the waffle machine in the breakfast area was too old to be used. My family and I were looking forward to making waffle for breakfast, however we tried three times, every time the waffle was stick on the machine, it was very difficult to be taken off and eventually it was moved from the machine to our plate in a terrible shape."

"Nice location with a great lake view. Fire place at living room is very good especially on cold weather. We spent a lot of time by fire place. The host maintains the vacation home well and has everything needed in the house. Just go get groceries and cook there. Snow was removed. My family had a wonderful time. "
