"An amazing location and a beautiful building. The hotel staff were also incredible, going above and beyond to help me with a poorly timed dental emergency. Thanks to Betty! Friendly and helpful in every way. Our only concern was to let potential guests know that you can be up three flights of winding medieval staircase plus in your room your bed maybe on a mezzanine, one more flight of narrow steps. If you have any infirmity this might be too much!"

The town on Beaune is beautiful and very easy to walk to from the hotel. There are plenty of dining options and some cute stores in the town, and it’s a great base to explore the Burgundy region. "This hotel was an overnight stop on the way home from Holiday. They were clearly exactly that for most of the customers but did it really well. The hotel is aging a little bit but the staff were excellent and they catered really well for parents with kids, would definitely use it again when passing through."
