"Pros: New property, nice and clean. Friendly staff. Cons: Rooms not ready upon arrival (4:30pm) and we had to wait in the "breakfast area" over a half hour for our rooms. It sounded like someone was dragging furniture across the floor all night in the room above us, until after midnight. Traffic noise is bad. The rooms have no carpeting, so nothing to muffle the noise. No toiletries in the bathroom. No hairdryer in the room (they did bring one when I called) "Grab and go" breakfast consisted of a few yogurts in the fridge. Hopefully things will improve. "

"I was very happy with our stay. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff I interacted with was very nice. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Breakfast included is a bit of an exaggeration though. Coffee and a granola bar. "

"What hot tub?? Breakfast wasn't that good - no eggs, potatoes, or sausage, oranges were the only fruit, apple flavor was the only juice. Furnishings in room were terrible, bed very uncomfortable which made loud creaking noises at slightest movement. Toilet plumbing was in bad shape, slippery bathtub bottom - had to be very careful to avoid falling, wood panels on floor were coming up and had to be careful walking, very few towels/wash cloths, coffee not provided after breakfast hours, no hair dryer in room, no maid service on 2nd day of stay. Dogs were allowed inside property and one (pit bull) was running loose without a leash - I was afraid of getting bitten. Staff was either rude, indifferent, or uncaring. Property is in much worse condition than it was the last time I was there!!"

"Staff was fantastic! Hotel in good shape. Only thing on the he negative side is if breakfast is a big deal to you, I’d skip it…that’s not just this Home2suites, it’s all of them. They just aren’t set up to offer a hearty breakfast like other good hotel chains. If breakfast isn’t a big deal then absolutely give this one a shot! "
