"You can tell it’s an old hotel. They tried to update it with new things but when a huge rain came through there was large leaks in the foundation and it was coming through the wall. Most of the first floor was flooded. My car wouldn’t start so I needed a jump and none of the front desk personal would help me nor find someone to help me."
