I was disappointed being a returning customer for the last 5 years, where I complaint about the noise at 530 am in the morning. And nothing was done about it. Nor did the morning manager call me to discuss about it.
Not until I made a lot of noise, did the PM manager attend to it.

Amazing stay, everyone and everything was exceptional. The hotel has a history of opulence and luxury, and it did not disappoint, and the staff are the real heartbeat of this iconic hotel. Looking forward to our next visit (looking at booking the same day we checked out). Thank you for looking after us.

The hotel was located beside Victoria station and underground so commuting around the city was easy. The room was very clean and quiet with a fabulous view across the city. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay at the Riu again.
