SO glad to say the Sole Hotel team were on to it straight away, found solutions and fixed every concern in a charming, diligent and thorough way. 5 stars, you can be VERY confident in this hotel and its PROFESSIONAL staff. From cleaners to bar waiters to management. This is a classy team. As to location, its unbeatable. Lakeside, on the main square with breathtaking views. "What a perfect experience! Amazing staff and some of the best food we’ve ever eaten! Staff is everywhere during the stay to provide you with anything you need. Pools and hot tubs were incredible. We didn’t leave the property for 2 days and wanted to stay an extra day. We did the private breakfast with Alpacas and it was a great experience. "

"Beautiful hotel. A five minute walk from the train station. A five minute walk to the Buonsiglio Castle. A ten minute walk to the cathedral and diocesan museum. Great shower with rainfall fixture and good water pressure. Had a large window which could be opened for fresh air. And quiet. "

"Ideal stay if driving from the Dolomites to Lake Garda or vice versa. Well located next to the motorway but still quiet and very comfortable. Good breakfast and plenty of parking (including EV charging)"

"Super helpful staff. Very nice hotel. However no internet in rooms and there is zero sound proofing - very unfortunate when neighbours watch TV. Thankfully staff gave us the option to move to a quieter room."
