"I stayed at Residhome Bordeaux during some of the power cut issues across France, and despite that all of the staff were really lovely and made me feel very welcome! The staff handled the check-in process well despite all of the issues and for the breakfast they went above and beyond to purchase fresh items. I didn’t get a chance to explore any of the other amenities, but the room was great, and I would recommend Residhome to anyone looking to stay in Bordeaux!"

"Great place in a fantastic area. Rooms are nice but my view was of an inner courtyard. Roof hotel has a great view but they are a bit of a pain there. Don't bother with breakfast at the hotel as there are plenty of cafes 5mins away with better coffee and croissant. Remember it is IHG so if you book through hotels.com you won't get points"

"The actual building and rooms are much nicer than the pics. Room was a bit on the smaller side with no closets for clothes or a tea kettle (but you can get one from the front desk) but very clean and comfy beds. The view from my room on 8th floor was decent. Breakfast is pretty good except for the coffee which was spoilt by the powdered milk in the machine- get a double expresso and add fresh milk (they even have soy milk and almond milk). Front desk was very helpful. Great value. Oh and there are tons of cool bars 5 min walk along the docks. And great Indian Papdum 2 min away. H1 H2 buses in front and 15 min walk to tram stations if you don't want to bus it."
