"Room was in a separate building than the main check in lobby so we had to walk an extra 5 minutes in the rain to our room. Other than that, excellent location and amenities. Nice having a small kitchenette and coffee, cereal/milk provided. Close to everything! "
"Quite pleased with my stay at the Alda. Very professional and courteous staff . My room had a balcony so I could walk out and enjoy the views and the weather. Enjoyed having enough space to spread my gear out and get organized. Breakfast each morning was delicious and filling. The hotel is in part of the main tourist and shopping area so it is very walkable to most all destinations. Definitely would recommend. "
"Good location and spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Tgey allowed us to check in early.
The bartender wss very nice and friendly but the check in staff seemed to have an attitude."
"From the early check in after a long flight to the convenient check out it was perfect. Felt very welcome and the management provided the best tips on dining and excursions. Will definitely stay at the same hotel when I return to Iceland. "
"Hotel and staff were great!! The location to shopping and other attractions was perfect! The room was quiet in spite of how close we were to the main area of traffic and people. Room was all that we needed and more. "
"Rooms were spacious. The view from the windows were great, although one afternoon there were people on the roof fixing things, so we had to close our shade. The spa was great as far as the hot tub!"
"First of all, the staff is very helpful and friendly...a big shout out to Liam at the front desk. He was excellent.
Nice breakfast... healthy with a good variety of options.
Parking is not easy but there is a place behind where you can unload your luggage. Then the tricky part is finding parking around. Download the Parka app... very helpful."
"The room was clean and the hotel was located right at bus stop 12 for all of the day your pick ups. And the breakfast buffet had everything you could want"
