If I were to come back to Valencia, this would be the only place that I would consider staying in. It has definitely raised my expectations of staying in other places in the future."

"The Host was nice and the property is in a very nice location near the beach. The temperature control in the apartment was great and the hot water pressure was great. But…the property was not as clean as it seems in the pictures. I had to sponge and clean the place (even though everyone has to pay 60 extra euros cash for cleaning that’s not included in the VRBO cost). I killed more than 10 bugs there over 3 nights, including a roach. The shower is super small (impossible to not touch a wall). I was charged 10 euros for being an hour late (which is fair), but then I spent more than an hour with the host and internet company trying to fix their internet causing me to delay having dinner with family. The phone number of the main contact was also printed incorrectly in the literature so when I got there, I wasted 30 minutes trying to track down someone to let me in. (The Host did email me the correct number the night before but I had lost data and was unable to retrieve the email so had to rely on the information provided earlier). Also unlike almost all other properties I’ve rented, there were no little pluses like a coffee pot, paper towel roll, toiletries like bath soap or shampoo, snacks, etc which might be normal is Spain but something I’ve never experienced before. It’s very no frills…which is fine but just be prepared."
