This 1500 square foot house is located in the Camelot Forest Community on a wooded corner lot. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room with a fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and a game loft space. Outside you’ll find a large deck with a BBQ grill, a sweet picnic table with dreamy string lights and a fire pit set with log benches. There’s plenty of open space beyond the campfire for outdoor games like Corn Hole, or Giant Jenga. We also put in a cozy hammock in the wooded area, where you can relax under a canopy of trees.

On the first floor you’re welcomed by the fireplace and the high vaulted ceilings to the second floor and loft space. The open concept floor plan allows you to enjoy the space with your family in the living room, dining room and kitchen. On the wall in the living room sits a 65 inch smart TV with all of your favorite streaming apps. The first floor bedroom has a bunk bed with a memory foam twin size mattress up top and a comfortable queen size mattress on the bottom. Across from the bedroom is a full bathroom with a stand up shower and access to a large washer and dryer unit. Down the hall you’ll find our mudroom where you can store all your winter gear, as well as our outdoor summer games and desk space for our remote workers.

Up the stairs to the second floor you’ll find our Game Loft stocked with classic board games, retro arcade games, and a cozy space for the family to hangout. The couch in the loft space folds back into a plush futon mattress that provides an additional bed for our guests. At the top of the stairs is the second full sized bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The 2 bedrooms at the top of the stairs are well furnished with queen sized mattresses, dressers and Roku TVs so you can stream all your favorite shows and movies from your phone.
