About this property

Media Room 2 Game Rooms Sauna Hot Tub

  • Township Registration #- 021150

Indigo Pines Lodge is a 3,500-square-foot Poconos retreat that is perfect for large groups, with seven bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and room for up to 16 guests. Two floors, two kitchens, and separate spaces for every age mean the kids, the adults, and the grandparents each get their own space and their own fun, and still come together at the end of the day. While the little ones play in the bunk room, the teens take over the arcade, and the adults soak in the private hot tub or warm up in the indoor sauna, nobody has to compromise. And because the sauna is indoors, there's no trekking outside in the cold or rain to use it.

You're the one who plans the family trip, and you know how it goes: someone is waiting for the bathroom, the teenagers are bored, grandma wants a quiet room, and one stove can't feed sixteen people. Indigo Pines was set up for exactly that, so everyone can do their own thing all day and end up around the same table at night. It's a home away from home: clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured.

A SPACE FOR EVERY AGE AND EVERY PLAN
    - Kids: a bunk room stocked with toys, books, and games, an arcade, and a children's playground nearby
    - Teens: a game room with pool and poker tables, karaoke and a PS5, and a movie room with a 75-inch TV
    - Adults: an indoor sauna you can enjoy in any weather without stepping outside, a private hot tub, indoor and outdoor bars, and a fire pit
    - Grandparents: a quiet upper level with king and queen bedrooms that each have a TV, a hall bath, and its own kitchen
    - Everyone: two kitchens, so two groups can cook at once, and two decks to spread out on

    ROOM FOR EVERYONE
Upstairs is the quiet floor: a primary suite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, a second oversized king bedroom with its own seating area, and two queen bedrooms that share a hall bath. Downstairs, two more king bedrooms and a bunk room stocked with toys, books, and games give kids, teens, and adults their own space. Every bedroom except the bunk room has its own TV, so everyone can unwind on their own schedule. Grandparents can claim the upper level while the younger crowd takes the lower level. A Pack N Play and high chair are ready for little ones, and a washer and dryer on the upper level keep the laundry from piling up.

    COOK TOGETHER, EAT TOGETHER
The upstairs kitchen is open-concept and set up for holiday-sized meals, with a gas range and oven, dishwasher, griddle, Instant Pot, rice maker, blender, toaster, wine cooler, cookware, serving dishes, utensils, and a well-stocked spice rack. A complimentary coffee and tea bar starts every morning right. Downstairs, a second kitchen has its own full-size refrigerator, cookware, and bar setup for breakfasts, snacks, and midnight raids, so two families can each have their own cooking space and nobody waits in line.

Eat together on the upper deck, which seats 16, then spread out in one of two outdoor lounge areas with comfortable furniture. Indoor and outdoor bars make entertaining, and your morning coffee, feel like a getaway.

    FUN FOR EVERY AGE
The lower level is the entertainment floor. The arcade has a basketball game and classic arcade machines, plus karaoke and a PS5 on a large smart TV, so teens and adults can play together. The game room has a pool table, a poker table, and more than two dozen board games and puzzles for rainy days and cozy nights. The movie room has blackout curtains, a 75-inch TV, comfy seating, and a popcorn bar with eight seasonings for real movie-night energy. Outside, a large gas fire pit is where the stories get told and the evening winds down with a glass of wine.

AN INDOOR SAUNA AND A PRIVATE HOT TUB
Here's the detail guests love: the sauna is indoors. After a day of skiing, hiking, or rain, you can warm up right inside the house, with no trekking outside in the cold or wet, no wind chill, and no waiting for a break in the weather. It's the spa-like finish to your day, in every season.

Prefer to soak? The private hot tub is waiting. It seats seven, with an LCD control panel, 10 multi-color LED lights, and a hi-flow 2,000 W heater. It sits under the deck and is covered, so it's usable in any season and any weather. Kids ages 6 and up can join the fun with an adult. Together, the sauna and hot tub are among our guests' favorite features.

COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE IN EVERY SEASON
Premium climate control keeps everyone comfortable year-round, with baseboard heat controlled by the smart thermostat and ductless mini-split units throughout the home for both heating and air conditioning. Come in from a snowy day at the ski resort to a warm house, or escape the summer heat in cool, quiet rooms. Keyless smart locks mean easy self check-in any time after 4:00 PM, with no key handoffs and no waiting for the host. And when it's time for a group dinner, the outdoor Weber barbecue grill is ready just outside, with grilling utensils included.

    LAKE, PLAYGROUND, AND POCONOS ADVENTURE
Lake Sinca is a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive, with private lake access, a picnic gazebo, and a children's playground that gives the little ones somewhere to burn off energy. From the house, the Poconos' biggest names are close:
    - Lake Sinca: 2 minutes
