You are right, I need to update the photos and some instructions and this will be a great prompt. 80% of our renters are repeat renters, so they know the drill and are thrilled to find the improvements with furniture and the outdoor living space, but first-timers are probably confused. Thanks for this feedback. We're glad to see that your overall experience was amazing and that you'll be back. The blinds in the bedroom are a consideration, but I just can't bring myself to take away any of the view, particularly the early morning view which is the best. I guess the sleepers will be best served in one of the upstairs bedrooms with blackout shades. LOL We are so sorry about the pet hair. You are right, this is not a pet free home. We don't allow pets except with some exceptions. We also have our own pet, that is not allowed upstairs at all and never on any furniture, but the hair is still inevitable. The hardwood floors are usually pretty managed though, so this is good feedback. We look forward to hosting you again!

Great feedback - thank you. I will definitely solve that Master closet space, that's easy on my end. The freezer is a funny thing... renters leave ice cream and waffles and such that it left over and it fills up. I hadn't been there in a while to manage that. We agree on the bike assessment. It's somewhat of a storage issue, but we're working on that piece for sure. And, you were in Graeagle at the peak of the mosquito/chiggers/noseeeum bugs. Locals were complaining big time. We have screens on every window and door, so a door must have been left open to allow them in. Sorry about that. We're glad that your group had a great stay. Cheers

It can get pretty warm upstairs, I'm sorry that you didn't know to open windows in the evenings where the temperatures drop dramatically. Sometimes in July we wished that we had AC, but September and October are usually dreamy. I'm glad that your wedding festivities were enjoyed and that the house worked out for your stay. And, yes we try to stock the kitchen in a way that it will be used to break bread with family and friends. If you come again we'll get you dialed in on the ceiling fans and sliding doors in the loft to better manage the temps; there is no reason for anyone to have been uncomfortable, that's a bummer.

You should know that they were there decades before the home... the house and deck were built in a way that the swings could stay, because, of course, they are so timeless and cool!

Isn't it annoying when you stay in a VRBO and you have to pack sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, and garlic? Nicole - Yeah - we too love the early morning cow visits Their routine around the meadow is charming to say the least. The swings are a crowd favorite, spanning generations. We feel blessed that the original owners of the lot had the foresight to install them many moons ago and that they were on trees that we could keep and incorporate with our house and deck design.
