Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If there is evidence of animals in the condo there will be a $250 cleaning fee charged to the guest.
There will be a $200 fee if anyone smokes on the property. If there is evidence that this has occurred you will be charged.
Please put all dishes in the dishwasher and start it by 10am.
