Three major border crossings all within a few miles. Three bedrooms with queen size beds and a den with a queen size pullout futon couch. A large fully equipped kitchen. Starlink for WiFi and t.v. streaming. Two bathrooms. The master bath has a large,deep soaking tub for relaxing or soothing those sore muscles. Ample private parking. Five private acres.

A truly welcoming home with so many added touches such as an assortment of teas, hot chocolate packets with a jar of mini marshmallows, a box of tissues in every room, all the needed pots, pans and utensils and lots of games. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!
