- Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located on the corner of a quiet block in a laid back part of town. Within walking distance of the beach, Birch Bay State Park, as well as multiple shops and restaurants. Open layout with many windows for natural light. Private rooftop deck offers amazing views of Birch Bay, mountains, and prairies behind. Very cozy place with a lot of character.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please gather any used bath and kitchen towels and place them in front of the washer (don't worry about starting any loads). All bedding can remain on the beds.
If possible, please wash any used dishes and take trash/recycling out. After locking front and side door, the keys can be left in the same hiding spot from check in.
Please turn off main lights upon departure (lamps can stay on). Fall/winter: close windows and leave the heat on (around 70 degrees). Spring/Summer: windows can be left slightly open.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
The house is in a quiet neighborhood so please be respectful of the neighbors. Keep noise down between about 10pm and 7am.
No smoking inside the house.
As long as the house is left in generally the same condition as it was found we will get along great! Thank you!!
