Moxy Cork
The noise was too much, so I requested a room change. However, I was informed that no rooms were available. I had an issue with my keycard even after being informed that I had to reserve a room.

Isaacs Hotel Cork City
Really pretty and well-maintained property. Clearly the place to be in Cork. I stayed in several popular, higher price point hotels in cities across Ireland, and this hotel was, by far, the best quality and value for the price.
