The hotel was nice, the staff were great, and we found a great rate when everyone jacked their prices for FIFA.
The reason for the lower rating was the disappointment in the housekeeping and availability of working ice machines.
We were there for two nights. Housekeeping came in after our first night but only re-made the beds. We did not have our coffee restocked, new ice bucket bag, or glassware exchanged- all were required.
There are 4 different ice machines in random floors. I had to go up and down floors trying all 4 ice machines until I found the working machine on the 15th floor- no signage saying the machines were out of order or what floor the only working machine could be found.

Great location for any mountain activities or even wandering the village. Hotel & rooms are clean and roomy, albeit they could use some updating. Staff are awesome and there is ample parking under the hotel. Would definitely stay there again..!
