Definitely one of my least favorite hotels I've stayed at, beside the great location everything else was mediocre, walked into our room, bathroom was dirty hair everywhere, shower was dirty especially the edges where the walls meet the floor, asked for a reclean and they did, no questions asked which was helpful but still, came back and it was better but atill just a little dirty, hall ways smelled funky, walked into our room later in the evening and a piece of the ceiling fell on my head! would definitely not recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family

Great location near the city center & close to Waverley Station. Check-in was a little bit awkward with the non-link in the email; challenging if wifi isn't working the day of, but very good communication with the staff overall. The apartment was bigger & more luxe than I anticipated, which made it a true pleasure to be there! Quiet at night in a higher floor garden apt, even being on a pretty busy road, but the whole property seemed relatively quiet in mid-October. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
