"Clean room, good sleep quality. Roomy, comfortable room with couch and table/chairs. Kitchenette with micro and coffee service a nice plus. Restaurant was good (very quiet this time of year) but food was good and fresh. Breakfast was included and a nice selection of dishes. Friendly service everywhere at this facility, enjoy!"

"Unprofessional Front Desk Experience During my stay, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism at the front desk. On multiple occasions, the receptionist greeted me with “What’s up?”—an informal and inappropriate greeting in a hospitality setting. I waited patiently in line, was polite throughout, yet was met with an unprofessional attitude. Additionally, the elevator was out of order, and we were assigned a room on the third floor. Although we didn’t complain about the inconvenience, I believe staff should maintain a higher level of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with guests."

"Property is well maintained and staff were very friendly. The hotel is located in a great location near the river with a trail. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops downtown. It felt very safe. Rooms were a little smaller, but we only used it as a launching base for our adventures. Beds were comfortable and we woke up refreshed. Good breakfast, pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again! "
