Great location close to CBD. Room clean and tidy but did have a slight smell of stale cigarettes which wasn’t that nice. Have stayed before in another room here and didn’t smell like that.

Bed we’re Comfortable and room had good heating.
Room needs so work done to it. Especially bathroom no heater or fan. Had hole in wall by bath must of been flooded at some stage.
Bath needed cleaning before kids could use. Hair and dead ants in there.
Also tray for utensils has heaps of crumbs in.
I think some room like in photos have be done up but not this room.
Also having pool right outside room not ideal for my child like to play in water also is kids were in supervised could get chair and climb right in.

Jed was great to deal with and always prompt in returning emails and answering questions, he went out of his way to help and let us park our race car inside the shed as the car does not lock and we were concerned it might attract unwanted ..."
