    "Reception was terrible they never explained anything about the resort tell us about our VIP check in and the perks. Concierge Chantal was amazing! The other staff were amazing except one at The Village Coffee shop didn’t let me have 1/2 of one flavor and 1/2 of the other flavor was rude.. The bed was like a rock and pillows horrible they needed to upgraded and get new mattress and pillows.. The food at the resort was super expensive ridiculous as was the coffee and the Village Cafe… It was worse..."

Because of the opening, some of the amenities were not available. The staff were amazing (kind, respectful, and eager to help) although they were still learning (which was understandable).
