"This was the third year in a row that we have stayed in Black Mountain. It is a family and friends trip for my granddaughter's homecoming soccer game. By far, this house was the best. Room to seat the twelve of us in the dining room. Big kitchen. Plenty of dishes, pans, and cutlery. Nice bedrooms, only you had to walk through two of the upstairs ones to get to two others. Having the five bathrooms was a great plus with ten women! Loved the rocking chairs on the front porch and the view. Cable, wifi, and cellphone service were great. The long, curvy driveway, up the hill, was the only downside to this property; but, we had plenty of parking for our four vehicles. After returning home, my sister realized she had lost a bracelet her grandchildren had given her. Getting in touch with the host, he was able to have the cleaning staff find it! We hope to return here next year!"

"This cabin is the perfect location when visiting Black Mountain. Comfortable beds, cozy den and good outside space made our stay enjoyable. Located in a neighborhood, it was very quiet and close to downtown. I would definitely recommend. "

"There are two buildings for this hotel. Acorn 1 and 2. The staff make it easy to get to the correct room during check in. Newly renovated and very good value. "

"If you want everything perfect go to super 8 but this place is awesome! Nice clean room, friendly staff, and beautiful property. You’ll get squeaky floors and no tv in your room. But you’ll get something away from the typical. Support local in this great little mountain town and enjoy a night without the tv blaring. "
