"The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. And for full transparency, we did not ask the host about this while we were there; however, the hot water in the showers was lukewarm at best. The hot water in the rest of the home was very warm. Also, the loft area was such a unique space. The kids loved it! Rustic River Cabin Getaway

"The cabin was awesome. Had a girls trip with lifelong friends of over 40 years. We enjoyed the disconnecting and relaxation it offers. There is no cell service so it was nice to chill, play games and catch up and reminiscence of our friendship over the years. The river is a small walk down the road. We enjoyed hanging out there and floating along the beach area. There is a rope swing that even my girlfriend had to climb. The host was responsive to our texts when satellite service was available. One suggestion when using the oven or stove is to turn the vent on as well. When driving through Annapolis, stop and get your ice, any drinks you may need, and any other items you may need. There is a small store and a Dollar General in town. All in all, the laughter that was shared was the best of all. Thank you for having us!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to Elephant Rocks, Johnson’s Shut-Ins, and Mina Sauk Falls. It made a great home base for our adventures throughout southeastern Missouri.One of the highlights of our trip was the pickle ball court right outside the suite. Our family looked forward to our nightly matches after a day of hiking and exploring. There is also a park directly across the road, which was perfect for our baby to enjoy and burn off some energy.The condo was comfortable, convenient, and exactly what we were looking for. The cafe was a 10/10 with great food and drinks. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"
