"I only stayed there one night because they were overbooked when I arrived and they did not have the type of room I have ordered available. When I spoke to the front desk manager, they rectified the issue by upgrading me to their sister hotel on the same beach front, which was excellent. "

Dejon in particular went above and beyond. We had no issues at all with language, as there was always someone who was fluent in English. The weather was a little chillier than we hoped (end of May), but I still enjoyed a swim in the indoor and outdoor pool and a splash in the sea. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer.
