He helped us with local food and beach recommendations. I had an unfortunate event with my car and Houssem helped me find local help! I cannot be more grateful! "This was our 2nd time staying in this resort and again it did not dissapoint us. When you first come in, there is security so you feel safe and very easy parking. The front desk staff is very polite and explained everything. I chose a double bed room which was my mistake that I did not know it meant 2 twin beds together. I asked for a different room, however the staff changed the cover so the bed turned to a double bed where we did not feel the line in the middle. This service was a star plus in my opinion. The room was very clean, had a nice fridge to put your own drinks and food which was greatly appreciated. There was a large closet space with a safe. They have 2 restaurants that have drinks that are delicious. The beach is just a small 5 minute walk at best where there are chairs/small tables to use for hotel guests. The pool was so big and the water super clear and clean. We loved our stay and would come back again. "
