Staff courteous , could use a little upgrade ( furniture etc). Onsen excellent, breakfast very good, could use some broader choices. Must specify on the website that skiing at Niseko Village, Grand Hiarfu, there is NO free shuttle offered by the hotel

Communication with Banff was very good. Room was everything I could have expected, having our own bathroom and bath was a bonus.
