"Staff and service were fine. Disappointed restaurant wasn't open except for breakfast as no coach parties in, also bar not staffed. Should have been able to request service from reception but told bar was closed for weekend, on a Thursday. Breakfast good and generous. Clean and basic."

"The room, was filthy dirty, bed sheets smelt of mould wet dog. Cups dirty with coffee stains. Toilet filthy. Shower filthy, floor so dirty made your feet black. Walls all damaged.
