"Awful, dated "suite" in a converted apartment. Damp and crumbling plaster in one corner, where it sounded like the neighbouring room's shower was actually in our room! Paper thin walls so we could hear all of the arguments in the other rooms. Hotels.com failed to send check in instructions so we had to find someone at the office out of hours to get checked in. Dodgy neighbourhood near the train station, nice balcony but overlooking a busy dual carriage way. Avoid!"

"Lovely room and so convenient for train station. My reason for choosing. Initially difficult to find as was going by address and expected it to be street facing with sign. It was tucked behind security gates. However, our host was quickly on hand when I messaged to guide us in. "

"This place is very remote. Dark to get to at night. Check went as promised except our Canadian credit card wouldn’t work in their payment machine. So ended up paying cash. Property is very cute. I heated pool. We passed on breakfast so can’t comment on that. Room was very clean. Safe. Must have a car. 20 minutes drive to Bari. Peaceful and quiet. "

"No hot water for a shower this morning! Seriously??? I ran water for 5 minutes...nothing. I waited 30 minutes...still nothing. I had to take a wet towel bath with cold water this morning. The whole seperate bathroom is strange enough but to have no hot water for my shower is absolutely unacceprable! Never again. Ugh!"

"Staff was pleasant. Small communal area outside of rooms where they had coffee, microwave, fridge that was stocked with free breakfast items. Pretty awesome place. Our room was a bit annoying with a desk that was in front of the balcony doors that made it a bit cramped. Nice view of the train passing by from the balcony. Fairly quiet place. Bed was large and comfortable. "

"The Imbriani Guest House & Suites was great for an overnight stay. Easy to find, near to the city centre. Communications with the proprietor were easy. The room that we had was very well appointed although quite small. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was excellent."

"Ida helped us when we arrived. She was quick to communicate via WhatsApp and excellent at showing the apartment even though we had a slight language barrier. Apartment was spacious and we had more than enough room for three of us (husband myself and daughter). Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Large refrigerator for Italy was an added plus. Apartment is in a very nice area of Bari and was close to many fantastico restaurant options. Across the way is La Fagolare which is traditional...

"When we arrived at Bisceglie the owner came to pick us up from train station, and showed us the room we were staying in. One of the rooms did not look like the pictures at all. The fact that the owner and his family as Well as other customers were all on the property was not specified and is missleading, as the accommodation was not presented in such a manner.
