"We had a perfect short stay in the Bari area. Nice towns, nice coast, nice weather; what more could one wish for. The house proved to be a perfect point of exploration. It had everything and was in good order except for one shower which had little warm water. Unfortunately it was the season of mosquitoes, which made using the garden area impossible."

"This was our first time in Bari. We loved it. And a large part of those good feelings belongs to the comfort of our "Heart of Bari" apartment. The setup was lovely with lots of charming touches - juice and milk in the fridge to get us started. Our check-in with Ida couldn't have been easier or nicer. She was the best! And communication was prompt and clear via WhatsApp throughout the entire stay. We loved this place!"

"We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was very very very helpful and friendly. The property and the pool are beautiful. I only have 2 suggestions though. Maybe a mirror by the front entrance. It is hard to see cars coming when you are trying to get out. The other suggestion is for the nights you have parties on the property. I personally didn't have a problem with the large huge music that played all night until 2 am. But I can see others being upset with how loud and how late the loud music played especially if they were maybe having to wake up at 5 am to catch a flight or something. I think maybe in the future you let your guests know about the loud music party and hand out ear plugs. But one again I want to say that the staff was so amazing and helpful, especially the 2 men that were at the front desk. Also a special thanks to the restaurant staff. My mother is vegan and sometimes this is a challenge while traveling. Even though they did not have vegan options on the menu, the chef went out of his way to prepare several vegan dishes for her. They were wonderful and we appreciate this so much. Thank you all for everything tha you do "
