"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. "This hotel was a delightful surprise! Settled in the high altitudes surrounded by tea plantations and phenomenal scenery! The hotel was beautiful, very clean nice amenities 5* and the staff were fantastic! The restaurant food was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
