This beautiful 2-bedroom 1-bathroom lower-level duplex is fully furnished with nearly everything new. 1 bedroom has a full-size bed (new bed/mattress/bedding), closet, and dresser. The 2nd bedroom has a full-size futon, desk, and office chair. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room are stocked with all the essentials including a Keurig with complimentary coffee K-cups. TV has Roku for streaming Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc... Laundry room is shared with upper unit. Side entrance has a small, fenced yard. Off street parking in the back. All utilities covered including WIFI.
