Our room was bigger than expected and so perfect for my husband, MIL, and our 3 kids; 9 month old, 3yo, & our 8yo! PLENTY of room!!! The only complaints I have was our bathroom floor was not very clean at all and the one morning we actually woke up to eat breakfast, the milk was spoiled. Other than that, literally ZERO complaints and we will absolutely stay here again in the future!!!

Our second time back in the last two weeks for sports. We really enjoy the complementary breakfast as they had GF options for myself. The staff is friendly and accomadiating, the pool is typically quiet and several times we had it to ourselves. Rooms are clean, quite and we love having a full sized fridge.

Good reliable hotel
We always stay here when in Bismarck. It's quiet - never have we had kids running up and down hallways, and people loudly talking/slammimg does etc., during our stops here.

We were welcomed by an awesome employee then shift changed and the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and short with not just me but a room full of guests in the lobby. We went to the room after check in and noticed what looked like blood on the door. There were drops on the appliances like someone splashed something and it wasn’t cleaned. We laid down in the bed and the pillows smelled like someone with greasy Smokey hair was just laying there so I’m not confident the sheets or bedding was washed. I’ve never written a bad review but for the $200 I spent I wasn’t really happy.

Good, could be better
Comfortable hotel located right off the interstate. The cleanliness of the room could be better. Our duvet had something gross on it, the carpets were not really clean either. The washroom was small and there was no conditioner and shower gel was almost empty. The breakfast as well was worse than what you normally find in such hotels On the plus side, the staff is excellent, beds are comfortable and location and parking is pretty good.

It’s a shame cause I been here before and everything was clean. Dirty sponge with food under the counter and no liquid dish detergent and dirty shower its not acceptable. This is just basics and I know cause I was a housekeeper for years here in Bismarck and Colorado. Short of staff doesn’t mean a bad job. Again it’s a shame and more for price. Definitely I’m going to try another hotel. Cleanness it’s everything.

Overall the hotel was good. BUT, upon entering our room, we discovered old food left in the fridge from the previous guest, there was chocolate smashed into the one night table, and there were crumbs in the fold out couch. We let the front desk know and they apologized but didn’t offer to do anything to correct this problem. I was not impressed. Besides that, it wasn’t too bad. Breakfast options could have been better.

I'm tierd of the policy of housekeeping not turning the room evey day. I didn't know the 1st day, i left early and forgot to ask the 2nd day and on the morning of the 3rd day i ask for a cleaning and i was told housekeeping was to busy to clean my room. Unacceptable.

Unwilling to work with a guess who was not able to travel due to road closures and no travel advisories. Greedy hotel property that screwed a traveler out of room rental. Since the room is rented they better not re-rent the room to individuals stuck in the area due to weather!
