"Great hotel in a great location, but the air conditioning in the room did not work properly. Room was 80 to 85 degree everyday making it nearly impossible to sleep. I ended up purchasing fans to help with the hot room. Staff tried resetting system, but clearly there is a bigger problem."

"We went on a business trip and booked this apartment at least 2 weeks in advance. On the day we were supposed to spend the night in the apartment, we arrived around 18:00, and no owner or anyone else at the address.
