"Absolutely beautiful scenery and very close to Berchtesgaden hiking, lake and other points of interest. The room itself is spacious and very modern, in contrast to the outside of the hotel which looks like most of the charming and traditional Alpine houses that are common to the region. The family that runs the place is very accommodating, and make you feel like you're a friend, rather than a customer. "Wow! A wonderful stay that exceeded expectations in every way! The owners and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The Alpindestel two bedroom apartment we booked was perfect for our family of five with a beautiful Mountain View from the master bedroom.
