Ho soggiornato all'hotel Villa una settimana con il mio ragazzo e siamo stati entrambi estremamente soddisfatti! Il personale è davvero gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta del cliente. Il proprietario, infatti, al nostro arrivo ci ha comunicato di averci dedicato una camera nell'hotel più confortevole rispetto a quella prenotata con il sito nel resort ed era veramente fantastica. L'hotel dispone di una piscina e si trova a pochi passi dal meraviglioso mare pugliese. Accanto sì possono trovare numerosi locali dove poter cenare o bere qualcosa. Niente da appuntare, consigliatissimo!

Piacevole soggiorno a Bisceglie

La struttura si divide in due parti: la parte hotel con camere e con i servizi di bar piscina spa etc e l'altra parte al di là della strada, raggiungibile con un sottopassaggio, dove ci sono altre camere. Insieme a mia moglie ho soggiornato nella seconda parte. Molto tranquilla e isolata dove dalle 22:30 si accede solo a piedi quindi sicuro e silenzioso. Personale molto disponibile e amichevole. Un po' distante a piedi dal centro ma posizione strategica per visitare le bellezze del posto. A circa 45 minuti da Castel del monte. È mezz'ora da Barletta Andria Trani Corato. Tornerò di sicuro per un weekend di relax e turismo.

Accoglienza e disponibilità SUPER

Intorno alle 16 arriviamo e ci presentiamo presso l'Hotel Villa, struttura principale dove abbiamo trovato tutti i servizi principali, piscina, reception, sala colazioni, ottima accoglienza e cortesia, la camera arredata in modo semplice ma funzionale ha tutti i maggiori confort, TV led grande formato, minibar e aria condizionata, la camera assegnata (una deluxe) aveva un ampio balcone anche se senza vista purtroppo.. una bella e funzionale piscina con possibilità di fare un percorso spa a prezzi convenienti, ma penso sia stata una promozione di quest'anno. Un solo giorno ma intenso, bravi e bella struttura molto pulita e bel giardino.

un hotel diviso in due strutture con camere ampie e pulitissime (sono stato nel resort). indicato per chi ama lo spot con ottime attrezzature: palestra con macchinari moderni, piscina (non molto grande ma con molti lettini) ed un campo di calcio in erba. colazione abbondante dolce e salata.

Perfetto! A qualche chilometro da Ascoli Piceno.

Accoglienza ottima! Per un piccolo problema all'arrivo riguardante la sistemazione della stanza, il personale ci ha cambiato la camera con una suite ultra comoda-bella-confortevole! L'ambiente è ricercato e arredato con lusso ma il personale è disponibile, semplice, gentile, sorridente e che mette a proprio agio. Non c'è niente da desiderare di più!

Personale davvero poco cortese, ci hanno trattato male rispondendoci con sufficienza in più occasioni. Lenzuolo del letto matrimoniale era palesemente per letti singoli, scomodissimo dormirci in due. Cuscino pieno si bozzi! Manca la cassaforte in camera. Colazione scarsa con prodotti di sotto marche e piccioni che beccano indisturbati qua e là sui tavoli (incluso quello col buffet). Idromassaggio fuori servizio. Mai più.

Servizio Eccellente

L'accoglienza è stata sin da subito cordiale e disponibile a qualsiasi problema. Personale tutto molto educato,gentile e di una professionalità assoluta. Servizio nel complesso piu che ottimo. Unica nota da poter evidenziare è la posizione della camera, comunicante con il parcheggio delle auto e quindi di disturbo qualora ci fossero partenze o arrivi della clientela. Tariffe piu che buone rispetto alla concorrenza. Nel pernottamento non abbiamo potuto usufruire della spa, ma comunque è in apertura per i prossimi pernottamenti. Voto complessivo generale 4,5 siamo stati benissimo e nonostante queste piccolezze non potevamo chiedere di meglio.
