"Struttura dalle grandi potenzialità ma sperduta nella murgia, praticamente vuota,mal tenuta,alla reception un signore che sembrava il guardiano e non il portiere non risultava la prenotazione, ho dovuto fornire il numero in mio possesso, ma restava diffidente titubante,un vero peccato perché la struttura sembra abbandonata,invece ha grandi potenzialità!"

"The cleanliness was on point and the cleaning lady was really nice. Reception was alright, but I had to wait 2 days for someone to come and fix the shower cable, after I had told them 3 times. Even after the shower cable was ‘fixed’ though, there was still water coming out of the shower plate, which developed a small flooding each time I would shower. That, I had told them too. They did offer another room, but I was staying just for 3 nights, so I declined. Okay, in the overall."
