Both bedrooms have sloped ceiling like an attic. Hit my head a couple of times. Beds are small and not suitable for anyone taller than 6 feet. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevators. Only closets for hanging clothes was locked or filled with cleaning tools and supplies Shower and toilet are on the first level. Stairs to the loft are narrow and slippery, very dangerous Concierge office is not open, I use Expedia when traveling because I do not like surprises, This booking was full of unpleasant surprises. Very disappointed. When we arrived, we were lucky to find a kind waiter in an adjoining restaurant who spoke English and contacted the caretaker who works from home. Although the caretaker seemed surprised that we were there, he did do his best to accommodate. "The best part of our stay was Elena, her communication was great, always at the end of the phone to answer my queries. Shower was lovely. The rest of the property was a bit run down, door handle on to balcony (which didn't have any furniture as per the pictures) kept coming off. Double bed was very very creaky. Kitchen not very well equipped, no kettle. But saying all that it served the purpose for us 🙂. X "

"Duplex room was nice, lounge and small bathroom with shower on lower level, large rooms upstairs with more beds and full bath. Upper room had wall dividing two spaces but no door. No AC but skylights provided good air. No in room coffee or tea"
