Apartment 'Happynest' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The renovated 75 m² apartment is located in Birresborn between Gerolstein and Bitburg, spans two floors, and accommodates up to four guests. It features one bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, and a bathroom. The fully equipped private kitchen provides everything you need for your stay. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), TV (including Apple TV), fan, washing machine, and a workspace with a 24-inch monitor, mouse, and keyboard. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available. You will also find a selection of books and DVDs, as well as fresh local produce on request.



Enjoy your private, uncovered terrace with direct access to the Kyll river and mountain views. The communal garden offers additional space to relax and explore.

It was a very nice accomodation in a quiet green part of the Eifel.The accomodation was equipped completly and very clean.The river was just right behind the house.I walked every day to the bakery ca. 300m away.You can find a Döner Restaurant ca. 250m away.

Zeer vriendelijke mensen, echt gastvrij!

Pros: Koffie en thee reeds aanwezig. Peper en zout staat al op tafel. Allerlei dingen die je vergeet zelf mee te nemen liggen al gewoon klaar. Echt super prettig en aangenaam. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Sehr schöne und liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Details ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Steffi und Alex sind supernette Gastgeber und ich habe mich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer/Wohnzimmer auf das Flüsschen und in den wunderschönen Garten ist wirklich fantastisch. Das gesamte Haus ist wirklich ein Traum. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist auch einfach nur gut. Cons: Ich habe definitiv nichts auszusetzen!

Prachtig huis op mooie locatie.

Pros: Happy Nest is een prachtige vakantiewoning. Ruim, 2 verdiepingen en schoon. Prachtig uitzicht en een kabbelende rivier die rustgevend klinkt. Zeer vriendelijke verhuurders, die aangrenzend wonen, waar je niets van merkt. Uitstekende service. Cons: Ook al kon je dat opmaken uit de accomodatie beschrijving, is het toch jammer dat je nog geen gebruik kunt maken van een stuk tuin. Maar daar gaat aan gewerkt worden, dus dat is toekomst muziek. Ondanks dat, zeker een plek om naar terug te keren.
