This Property is A-1 in my book!!!! The ladies at the front desk are ALWAYS Pleasant and Kind. My rooms Always are clean and presentable. Whenever I visit Pelham, This is the BEST place for me to stay.

You Get What You Pay For

First time staying at this type of hotel. It was the cheapest around, but I guess you get what you pay for. Had to wait for a long time just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The bed felt like a sofa sleeper or bunk bed with a noisy and weak metal spring base. Positives were that it was faily clean and good water pressure.

The big complaint would be the door to the hotel where you had to use your key card to get in. Took several tries each time but it was safe area and wonderful staff. Beds were not the best but comfortable

Not bad

For the price, it was a decent place to stay. My only complaints would be 1. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and 2. The shower wasn't that great either (it had very low pressure so it took me longer to wash my hair) but for the price, it's not a bad place to stay. The place is clean, the staff is nice, the location is good.

The experience was just terrible. The hallway was noisy with loud music and people smoking weed. The police were there 3X and this also created noise. The room had roaches throughout the night. I will never book there again.

Should change the sheets every morning. I do not know if it is a hotel or extended kind of place for people to stay for more than few days at a time. Still need to change out clean sheets and towels.
