Welcome to our newly renovated Airbnb! Conveniently located off Interstate 20, our property provides access to all that Birmingham has to offer. Just 1 mile away, you'll find Uptown, the Convention Center, and Protective Life Stadium. UAB and Samford University are also within a 5-mile radius. Our cute and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom place comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Rest assured, we have taken care of all the essentials to ensure you have a fantastic stay during your trip to Birmingham!

**Please be aware that access to your unit requires climbing no matter where you park. From the parking lot, guests have to use a smaller set of concrete stairs, and from the street, guests have to use a full flight of stairs. ** Welcome to our inviting 1 bedroom home, designed to accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably! Step inside and immediately feel at home in the cozy living room, complete with a charming dining nook. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. Down the hallway, discover a full bathroom and a bedroom adorned with a luxuriously comfortable king-size bed. While we truly believe our neighborhood is wonderful, we understand that individual preferences may vary. If you anticipate any discomfort related to the neighborhood, we kindly ask that you consider alternative accommodations. There was no code to get in or lock the code when we left until the second day. There was no spare key in the spare key holder. There were no bath cloths, and only 2 towels even though we checked in with 4 people. There was no dish soap, but wanted the dishes washed before we left.
