Property was exactly as advertised. There were a few minor things that need to be done but overall it was a good stay.

Amazing Home

The aesthetics of the residence is remarkable. Granted it is high in a hill, but very accessible. If you have any disabilities with walking, this may not be the house for you, but otherwise everything was as described. Large rooms, nice family areas. The backyard was our favorite area. It wasn't far from any of the attractions we visited in Birmingham. My one negative if it is truly considered negative, the shoer in the master bathroom is very very small. So if you are of size use the main bathroom. Overall, we would definitely use this home for our next trip to Alabama.

Overall we had a good stay. The sofas need to be cleaned but the kitchen is really nice. The house is as pictured. Host is very responsive to messages. We had no issues.

Very nice house. Just as advertised. The fist night there was a party at the neighbors house behind, gave slight concern for that. That was a Saturday night, after that the neighborhood seemed calmer and more secure.

The house is over all very nice place to stay, however the driveway is steeped and you can’t park on street. Also the shower in master is very small.

Would definitely return

Our stay was 5 star. Everything we needed to function in our daily home environment was provided. Supplies were generous. Jonathan communicated well and promptly. He was flexible and understanding. My daughter had given birth early so our plans changed. He was accomidating. I traveled with a disabled spouse so it took a minute to navigate parking on the steep incline. The area was convenient with whatever you need within 10 minutes. We would stay here again. Thank you for making us feel like you enjoyed hosting

We were there for a state tournament. 2 days. The cleaning company didn't do their jobs. Garbage left in the trash cans. Bedding was dirty with brown stains. Hard not to notice when it's all white bedding. Communication with owner was great and quick. Quiet neighborhood. Drive ways are crazy steep and you scrape no matter what or which you use.
