Nice Older Property
We were in town for a basketball tournament and needed an alternative to a hotel. This was a nice alternative. It is an older well home in a quiet neighborhood. No bells and whistles. It’s not a place that I would recommend hosting or entertaining but for a small family as an alternative to a hotel it was fine. I would recommend that the owner provide their guest with a full size ironing board. I know it’s small but it’s a very inexpensive way to add one additional convenience.

Property was very nice and clean. Beds were super comfortable. Had everything we needed for our one-night stay. Only problem was the driveway. It was very dark outside and we did not expect how difficult it would be to unload car. We are in our late sixties, so that was a struggle. Overall, it was a nice stay..

Short visit
We needed an overnight stay in bham for a baby shower. The location was perfect. Backyard space was not usable, but the weather really wasn’t great, so it didn’t bother us.

Good location, listing was pretty accurate. Could have been cleaner, we did find some trash around the house from previous guests (in cupboards, etc). Floors and surfaces were clean Good overall

Great Soccer Tournament Accommodations
Our family of 3 had a great time staying here during our out-of-state soccer tournament. It was much better than a hotel and very reasonably priced. Would stay again if we go back!

Do not book with host
When we showed up they beds were freshly slept in. It looked as if people had just woke up and left. Cigarette butts, beer, dirty dishes a d clothes. I couldn’t contact the customer and my kids were hungry so I went to get pizza and when I arrived back, my family was upstairs because they heard people coming in and out of the house. They had our code to get in. We left immediately for my family’s safety. The host said they’ll do a full refund when we finally spoke later that night. 1 month later and we still have not received the refund. I’m searching for a way to report this fraud or to have Vrbo refund me but no luck yet.

Great little townhouse
This was a sad trip for us. We had to make funeral arrangements for my sister’s daughter. But the townhouse was the perfect place for us to regroup and be together. Our host was very attentive to us, he knew the circumstances. We would recommend this very clean and comforting place to anyone needing accommodations in the Birmingham area.
