Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of items. My issue with our week long stay was the hotel is listed as non smoking. I guess that didn’t apply to weed. All day every day there were people sitting around the outdoor grilling area smoking pot. Which is fine you do you but our room was right above the are where they were constantly smoking and it’s all me and my small kids smelled the whole stay inside our room.

Over Priced

Broken glass on the kitchen floor and in the sink. Shower door would not stay closed. The pet fee was a bit extreme seeing as the condition and cleanliness of the room was obviously lacking in the first place.

Typically it’s a great experience. The last 2 visits were horrible. The visit before this one I was severely overcharged. This visit the room wasn’t too clean, I rushed to checkout starting at 7 AM, and I was exhausted. For this to be a new hotel the shower was full of rust. My original room wasn’t ready when I arrived after 3 PM. I need the owners information.

The desk clerk had me as a no show and over charged me. She had me staying under another guest name and when I went to check out they couldn’t find me. I was charged a significant large amount when it was totaled to be much less than that when reserved days prior. She told me the price changed because the room I reserved was no longer available. Upon check out, no one ever booked the room.
