This is a beautiful home and a beautiful location. We really enjoyed our brief stay as we visited with our son at Samford University during family weekend. We will definitely keep it in mind for future visits.

The house was really nice and perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the deer. The owner was very easy to deal with and gave very good check-in and check-out instructions.

An absolutely amazing stay in every way. You felt as if you were welcomed by a friend to experience their kind hospitality. We were in town for a family wedding and we were not familiar with this area and the location was perfect. The 10-mile view from the back of the house was such a bonus, as was the deer that dropped by in the afternoon to eat the deer corn our host suggested we bring. The linen was very nice, the beds were so comfortable, and everything you needed was thoughtfully at hand.

Great home for a family

We stayed at the Cahaba River home with our teenagers and had a great time. Great house in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. House was well appointed with everything we needed. Plus, a fantastic view of the mountains! We would definitely recommend this property.

The house was absolutely wonderful, the pictures do not do it justice. Stunning views and nestled in a lovely neighborhood, close to lots of very nice restaurants and shopping. Tons to do within 20 minutes. The check in process could be greatly improved. Having to call and get verbal instructions that could easily be emailed or texted to you for much more ease for all parties would be a much better process. But that aside, our stay was absolutely lovely. Perfect for families.

Amazing view! Great location!

The house is in a great location. The deck is huge and has amazing views down to the river. We saw deer at dusk both evenings we were here. Kitchen was well equipped and home has been recently renovated.

The pictures did not lie. This was a beautiful home on the Cahaba river with a beautiful view of the Appalachian mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and would stay there again if available.

Great house for a quick getaway. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to the area. The views off the back of the house are beautiful! Host is very helpful with any questions we had. Will definitely rent again when visiting Birmingham.

Great house with an amazing view. The property manager wasn’t kidding when he said you will see deer in the mornings. Great location with lots of food and shopping within 10 mins. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

A hidden gem!!!!

Pictures don't do this place justice!!!! Beautiful, relaxing property!!! Its so close to everything but it feels like you're in the country! Walton was wonderful to work with and so accommodating We stay in the area a lot due to our daughter playing softball at UAB and this property is definitely our favorite!!
