  • Large rooms with plenty of space and natural light. The master has blackout curtains and a full bath. Historic neighborhood with original tudor and craftsman home. This area is home to many original residents and is diverse and eclectic. It is five minutes from downtown in a sought-after area under revitalization. The immediate neighbors are mature in age and have states they like meeting new guests, in passing.
